it was the HBO feed coming to them, I have the HBO broadcast downloaded and its great so PT cocked up at some point
No don't work for Primetime, I just didn't watch it on a sky box and quite honestly I was wondering why the picture was sooooo soft, so checked the recording with media Info. I wanted to keep the better quality recording. I love boxing but most of the debate is done to death on these forums anyway. I doubt I'd actually be adding anything, so I rarely post.
I might, might have bought it if it was in HD. As it was I just got a good nights sleep and watched via HBO in HD at 9 in the morning. Perfect.
PT desperately need to invest in HD, especially cos its a PPV and every PPV should be sold as an attraction/event.
It needs to be decent quality HD though, not not some heavily compressed transmission that is barely better than decent SD, (like the BBC HD).
Yeah the BBC is ok on HD now. When they first started it was awful. I think they got a ton of complaints and had to improve.
Any HD broadcast is compressed to a certain degree, but BBC HD is quite a bit more compressed than other channels. The BBC have admitted it, but claim viewers can't tell, even though they get a lot of complaints.
