Primetime Rip Off

    I am So Angry just got off the phone with Rhf Productions Limited,after i received a letter from them,according to them i will be charged the full amount for the froch fight which i did'nt receive in fact spent over 2 hrs on the phone with them and various other people on the night of the fight,which i still did not get to view,how can they get away with this:twisted::twisted::twisted:

    How did you pay for it? Try and query if on your credit card. Sounds harsh though.

    it was direct debit which i have since cancelled

    I paid for the tv thing but got nothing so cancelled that and paid to watch online.

    Missed the last 2 rounds due to buffering and they ended up taking money for the tv as well as the stream!!! Load of utter bollocks.

    Sent digibill a letter on the 20th...................nothing back yet.

    I guess I was one of the lucky ones that managed to watch the fight on tv. Primetime always seemed like a dodgy outfit and even though I got to see the fight I can not see me paying Primetime if they are showing the next fight.

    Report them to trading standards for failure to deliver goods as promised.

    Yep. Make one brief phone call, send one letter, if you don't get your money back, go straight to trading standards - only then will primetime give a **** about your complaint.
     
  8. Use intimidation.

    Anything involving their children and "nasty accidents" usually has the desired effect.
