    I love the quality of these films...tremendous quality...thanks...Tyson threw punches similar to carnea often...turning the shoulders

    When shadowboxing throwing shots he looks like his mimicking taking them as well lol

    His shadow boxing was atrocious, hope he was just messing around. Hands low, flat footed, poor coordination, no head movement, stiff, no snap in his punches.

    Never seen a clear photo of him tho, his physique and brute strength are impressive.

    He's throwing really hard shoulder snap punches even tough he rarely loaded up like that in bouts.

    I assume because he knew people came to see a freak show, he decided to just throw a bunch of haymakers.

    I agree with all of this. Looks like mainly arm punches when he's hitting the bag, with his legs spread so widely, but in fairness it's kind of hard to tell how much snap he's getting into those ugly hooks when he's shadow boxing.
