It seems beating Eurobums on his self imposed exile hasn't taught this guy any humility...

Saw Lee McGregor quoted iFL's tweet with him saying he'd love to get in a ring with him. I'd pay to see that.

15 fights and only 3 of those against opponents with winning records... Says it all really

He won't fight anyone of note in the UK though... He will price himself out of any potential fight

I'm still a bit sceptical about the interview... never seen Kugan that fired up...

    Set up for views? maybe...

Patel is an absolute tool, but people take him too seriously. He clearly likes drawing attention to himself and if he carries on beating bums he will talk his way into a big fight, probably a cash out, and people will pay to see it, which is exactly what he wants to happen!

This, he is padding his record with KOs against these fighters.

He will fight the absolute least resistance into a big fight for a title of some sort, European/Fringe World? Using his padded record to help, get paid nicely and he knows people will watch him (if only to lose, they will still watch!).

can anyone briefly explain the whole situation around this guy, i've seen the clip of him slating barry jones, i have seen his padded record and i have seen him get loads of abuse on twitter, i haven't yet watched the ifl interview. Was there a reason he suddenly started to fight in eastern europe after having his first few fights in the UK? is there anything i am missing did he fall out with frank warren or something?

It is an insult to all of us
His statement " I need a big person holding the pads because I hit so hard "
How stupid does he think we are

Freedie Roach worked on the Pads with Mike Tyson he was probably 10 stone then
Rob Macracken takes AJ on the pads Maybe Prince what ever thinks he is hits harder than AJ
Kevin Barry takes Jospeh Parker on the pads
Mark Tibbs takes Dylian whyte on the pads and looking at Tibbs I would say he is somewhere near his fighting weight 25 years ago when he was 10 .5 stone

So I think Patel should stay away from the old peoples home before someones granny knocks him cold

Interesting, the same Hungarian organisation that Frank uses to get his top prospects opponents.
