I think its a great idea, and it'd work.

Prizefighter should not be taken too seriously and it'd give all the lads involved a great spotlight. It'd be refreshing to see them against fighters of a similar level too!

Good luck with this Thorpey :good

I think they definately deserve it, as they're often the hardest working and easy-going people in the sport. Would definately watch a Journeymen Prizefighter, especially if one or two 100+ fight Journeymen were to be involved

Read about this in Boxing News. Hopefully they do this. Journeymen deserve some recognition and I think we'd get some good fights.

I predict a slugfest. Even by Prizefighter standards. We're not talking about undefeated prospects with a record to protect here - these guys would have nothing to lose and everything to gain.

Good idea, the lads seserve a bit of glory and i think it would be a good competitive contest, it would be interesting to see if they altered there styles and go all out for a win

Fighters who turn up at a days notice and fiddle the best fighters around, with hardly any training can become very dangerous indeed with a few weeks prep.

This would be a superb Prizefighter and great for the winner to shed his journeyman tag and fight for titles plus the money that comes with it.

    This must happen.

i like thorpey and he has pulled off a few shock results over the years. if this prizefighter happened i would imagine there wouldn't be the usual journeyman tactics but probably be all action
