Will have a look/listen to that. The ****s in the Working mens club turned the channel over as soon as Sykes did not get the win.I was proper pissed off,yes he is a local lad and we all wanted him to get it but for ****s sake turning the channel in disgust was a bit much.Thankfully I recorded it.

On prizefighter does it count on your record? Im pretty sure the young lad was 16-0 going into his first fight then he was still 16-0 going into his second? Was this just a mistake by the ring announcer or was i too pissed at this point?!!

Also i know the lads compete for the 32K but do they also get paid for competing or do they do it to raise profiles etc?

From where i was sat,i wouldnt argue with both decisions re;sykes.
it was very close against both coyle and terry.f

  13. Yeah I thought both fights were close and could have gone either way.

Impressed with Coyle though, thought he acquitted himself very well.

He's fighting in 3 and a half weeks again at the Hull City Hall and they're trying to get Sykes for a 10/12 round fight, Sykes fought on the last Hull City Hall undercard so I doubt it's a hard fight to make.
