    What are the Pros & Cons of MMA?

    I suppose that modern MMA is a style in itself rather than actually cross training in a mixture of martial arts. This leads to a dilution of disciplines and over time will have a negative effect on the quality of what is being sold as BJJ etc.
    That said, I believe that most mid level MMA competitors today would annihilate the fighters from the early days of the UFC.
