Try and get your protein from food. Protein powder is useless, IMO.

Can get all the protein you need from food, even a plant based diet.

There isn't one? Stick to your 'Rocky-Road & Cookie Dough' protein! That stuff is more like milkshake than protein shake.

Buy Eggs, Chicken, Beef, Fish. Prep your meals.

I never touch protein shakes anymore. Waste of money.

Because it's more like milkshake these days due to the flavouring.

Pea protein, Hemp protein etc = weak.

That is why you find protein shakes useless? Companies attempt to make their product somewhat bearable to consume, making it useless? :patsch

You do realize the flavoring doesn't take away from what you're consuming? It's still high quality protein with maybe a few grams of carbs and/or fat depending on what product you purchased.

What are you going on about here?

Whey protein is the way to go IMO. Just beware because whey protein "isolate" can cause gas and constipation ( so I have been told )
