I don't think an immediate rematch would be good for either fighters career but it should and probably will happen.
Although it would be a high action intense fight. I honestly DON'T WANT TO SEE IT because I want Rios to end his career healthy. If he keeps getting into these types of fights, the dude's career will get shorter and shorter and long terms injuries will occur. He already seems like he's punch drunk during interviews. Why do you want him to keep taking these fights? I want him to live a good life after boxing. He could get SERIOUSLY ****ed up if he takes the Ruslan fight after Alvarado 2. Maybe after a LONGGGG break after Alvarado 2. Not right after. No ****ing way.
Lots of back and forth action for first 3 or 4 rounds but Rios takes this. Ruslan is way too easy to get hit. Bradley would've stopped him in the mid rounds if he had more power. Rios has the power to do it. He is not hard to find either but he defense is a bit better. Also has better accuracy and inside game.
would be a cross roads fight both coming off losses, and puts themselves back on the map... is what I mean, I think its an even fight... Rios would murder ruslan, but alvarado ruslan is a war... they are in the same level
