He's the best out there imo behind Wlad, but the gap is massive. Other problem is that he has nothing to bother Wlad with, so it probalbly will be very onesided and possibly very boring.
Chisora, Fury, Wilder, Arreola, Stiverne, Takam, Perez all have a better chance against Wlad than Pulev Pulev couldnt crack an egg
Is it me or does Pulev fight like Wlad they both just keep pumping jabs waiting to throw a right hand but scared to commit Wlad will win by late stoppage, but Pulev is tough he will take a beating
i'd like to see pulev fight wilder, would be interesting. wlad/pulev goes the same way as most of wlads victims, wlad fights smart on the outside and stays well out of trouble, meanwhile pulev tires himself out gets frustrated goes for broke and gets stung late.
Pulev is tough and is probably the default number two in the division. That said, I think his style is too similar to Wlad for him to win on points. Pulev should give Wlad problems but he likely gets stopped late on. I didn't think Wlad looked that great against Leapai- he looked distracted and to be going through the motions. As for the winner of this fight taking on Chisora/Fury- don't hold your breath, Wlad (provided he wins well) will be fighting for that WBC strap sooner rather than later. I'm incredibly worried that Fury if he wins against Chisora will be effectively exiled until the Wlad fight in mid 2015.
