The usual idiots bemoaning 'glass chin'.

Pulev has a good chin and was taking some bombs in there - you get hit clean by a 200 pound + man it's going to have some effect, regardless of how robust your mandible is.

And Pulev was not wobbled Abell / Thompson or Walker. The KD from Abell was a slip, infact, I don't think it was even ruled a KD at the time?

Pure Bulgarian china, it seems.

Seriously, there can be no doubt that Pulev is packing glass in that mandible of his. Before the fight, his whiskers were questioned, well now the answer is in.

Judging someone's chin on how well they can take a Wladimir Klitchko shot doesn't really seem fair does it?

Eh, he was rocked big time by Walker. Not really sure what fight you watched. Obviously, Walker hits like a mule and getting hurt against him is not exactly an indicator of a bad chin, but the fact that Pulev allowed him to connect speaks volumes.

Uh, ever hear of Oliver McCall? George Chuvalo? :huh

Some guys have mandibles that hold up. Others don't. Glass jaws DO exist in boxing, my friend.:deal

How about Oliver McCall? George Chuvalo? Muhammad Ali? Evander Holyfield? Ray Mercer? David Tua?

There are plenty of fighters who could have taken that shot. What we know, is that Pulev didn't. And with all of the questions around his chin from the Abel and Walker fights, it is not entirely a surprise.

When a fighter gets starched like this, most of the time this indicates his punch resistance isn't the greatest, which is what is meant by the term "glass jaw." Pulev has one, end of story.:yep

It's funny how every time he got Kiltschko's attention, Klitschko came right back with his own shots and put him down. Most guys flat out don't like opening up against Klitschko. Pulev may not necessarily take a great punch but it didn't help he got decked by as big a puncher as Klitschko is

Nothing is wrong with Pulev's chin. The problem is that nobody in the division can take those kinds of flush power shots from Wlad. Wlad was clearly aiming for a knockout there, and he was being very slick with that sneaky lead left hook.

Except that he was hurt by literally everything Klitshcko threw, including jabs, more than most are.

Chisora's manager consulted Teddy Atlas before the fight
and Atlas predictably had Wlad being knocked out again
