Hi ESB family, I was wondering if anyone has tried the methods in my strength conditioning thread and what your results have been thus far. I have many more methods and routines on the way including how to become much faster and close the distance very rapidly without weight training.:thumbsup

I have'nt done your exact workout, but I do some of the things you listed. Of the things you've listed, I do the one armed pushups (when everyone drops to do push ups I do rotating one arm push ups, but I dont do it with a weighted vest. The chin up combination leg raises I do, but just chin ups not pull ups. I can only do like 8 with the pull ups. Then the Kettle bell clean and press I do, but I use weight plates because my gym doesnt have any kettle bells. Were supposedly getting some though.

I've been incorporating interval/HIIT type circuits along with my traditional power lifting routine. I think it is helping with my conditioning. I have no way to test it, but I hope it is :good
