PUMPED ,then tired

    why am i super energized one practice and then the next im just tired?

    it happens often too i guess. Sports performance really depends on our general mood and how motivated we feel. Usually when i get super hyped up ( be it through music, boxing videos, or whatever ), i perform really well during a training.

    However, it is not possible for us to feel this way every training, therefore, during certain practices, it is common for us to be tired.

    i was like for the first few weeks.
    did runs when i wasmt training, and now my energy levels have sky rocketed.

    my mind is motivated, it just seems like my body cant perform.

    With me, I find it correlates with my diet.. I try to stick to a healthy diet, but I occasionally slip up for a few days, thats when I notice I feel sluggish and slow..

    That's just me though...

    I wan to first try learn of boxing first importance is my body is thin so, i make my body after learn boxing.

    If you're with it mentally it's most likely diet related i.e. not eating enough.
