Punching bag

    can i just throw a chain over a rafter and hang it like that? or do i actually have to drill a hole through the rafter and hang it from a hook?

    you might want to make use of two rafter beams by purchasing a 2x6 wood and u-bolts.

    ...do it the right way, not the easy cheap way. One always end up paying more money when you do it the cheap way and **** breaks that you have to fix and do over again. research it
