    Because for some reason they highly overestimate his power. Never understood why people considered this guy a puncher.

    cintron's record speaks 4 itself. Mosley, although good, has not better punching power than cintron.

    yeah cintron is a monster hitter.

    cotto has a good shout his left hook is a beast but i wouldnt consider him a massive puncher it helps he has the handspeed and stamina that makes the body hook so effective.

    margo just keeps throwing somthing...anything and once he has you in position he drops the right uppercut which by then would have you next to the ropes and unable to get out.





    my wild card would be belgian-ghanain jackson bonsu. brutal puncher very awkward and moves on unsteady legs through out.

    Cintron takes it easily for me most other fighters in welterweight wear there oppoents down then brutally finish them like cotto but no-one besides maybe bonsu can finish there opponent consistently with one punch like cintron

    Bonsu. Cintron is in the neighborhood as well, but Bonsu has rocked better competition than Cintron. Cintron has knocked out a bunch of cans and chinny fighters, but it's not like he even wobbled Jesse Feliciano.

    Cintron is the hardest puncher at WW.. Mofoker has devastating one punch KO power..
    Same question from me.. Why is Mosley being mentioned as a devastating puncher??
