You may also want to see the Galindez-Mustafa Muhammad fight....it was extremely close and probably a low blow from Mustafa and that 3rd round kd for Galindez decided the fight. If anything, watch the 3rd round alone, in microcosm, it showed what an excellent counterpuncher Galindez was. Mustafa had him on the ropes with a body shot and had him in trouble, and instantly Galindez saw an opening with a counter right and decked Eddie.

Victor was terrific, but I always felt he was a little lazy(maybe just content?). I think Dwight's workrate sees him through here. Two tough sobs with high boxing IQs, definitely no knockouts if you take the prime versions.

:lol:I guess you didn't see my cringing mea culpa post apologizing profusively to anyone taking me up on that right hand counter kd......I rewatched it myself and it was indeed the 5th round...and I was glad that the kd DID occur, as I was wondering whether I was truly delusional...yeah, it's the heat, humidity and the ****roaches here that makes some Floridians goofy:silly

I find Galendez very over rated .. Qwai was much stronger, was faster, better defensively and at least an equal puncher .. Qwai stops him late ..
