i think people dont understand how good vargas was. back then he was an aggresive brawler who could box move and be a very effective counterpuncher. a good scrap but it was vargas win but by no means a robbery. similar can be said about the winky wright vargas thing. just becuase winky lost to vargas doesnt mean it was a robbery. vargas outhustles him and out fought a unrounded winky wright.
Vargas should've gotten the nod against Lopez and Forrest, also against Oscar although that was very close (114-113 Ike IMO), but by no means did Ike deserve the win over Vargas. That decision was 100% fair.
