    Nevada will honour the ban.No doubt.They are the most powerful and visible commission and will want to be seen doing the right thing.
    They dont need to tarnish themselves by sanctioning a disgraced cheat.

    Who the hell is he going to fight in Mexico? It sure the hell won't be Cotto, Shane, Williams or any other big names. In other words he's ****ed. He has no big fight options. When the ban is over he will have to get back in line and he'll likely be declined even further.

    He can fight anywhere outside that doesnt honour the ban.Most states will honour it though;
    The ones that will allow him to fight is places he will just pick up chump change.
    NYSAC or NSAC wont touch him until Cali lifts the ban.
    They dont need that **** dragging their image down.

    this suspension should be in all states, if this wasnt discover consequences could have been real bad... they should let him fight first cotto and then suspend him:yep, a full investigation should also be launch, most likely it was used in the other fights...

    I think the Muhammad Ali Act that was passed a while ago by congress makes it so that if you're banned or suspended by any state it holds up throughout the entire country. So if I'm right, no, he can't renew his license anywhere else in the US.

    I can't say the same about other countries though.. if they want him then he can fight there as long as it's no where on US soil.
