Quite likely. Jake Lamotta was a murderer. I believe he beat a man to death with an iron bar or something along those lines. He could have killed twice in fact im not sure. I know he did kill somebody tho
I believe LaMotta thought for a long time that he had killed the man, but it turned out that he was still alive. He has a long list of offenses but murder isn't one of them, atleast he hasn't confessed to it...
