    NO it wasn't the name Smith.

    The 1st letter of their 1st and last name was the same. Example, Barry Bonds, Henry Hascup (that's me), etc. Actually the 1st letters in their names begin with a B.

    So it's B---- B-----

    I didn't say it was the name Smith, I was assuming it was COMMON like the name Smith.

    The clue helps a bit, but I think someone else will get it.
