Does buncey have a regular spot on radio 5? If so does anyone know when it is on?

It's on each month and has been since Sept 2004 - guests have included Lennox, the Franks Bruno, Warren and Maloney, Klitschko bros, Hopkins, De La Hoya, Mayweathers x 3, Ricky, Joe, David, Mick Hennessy, Paul Ingle, Froch, Marvin, Amir, Roach, Audley, Jones, Hearns, DeGale, Gavin and about two dozen other top names.
Funnily enough it is on tomorrow night (20th) with a cast of thousands with me in London and Mick Costello and Richie in Las Vegas.
So it's BBC Five Live between 8-9pm tomorrow night.
    Adios.

Straightforward question followed by accurate factual answer from the horses mouth?

This thread tramples on so many proud ESB posting traditions it's not real.

Mick Hennessy would be a great studio guest.

Basically pick the top three fighters in Britain and accuse them of ducking someone under his stable.

Big Mick needs a marketing man/woman under his employment, and quick.

I agree, he seriously needs to do something big with Junior Witter!

Witter isn't particularly marketable - his style is painfully boring at times.

He doesn't come across as a nice fella, too much in love with himself. Around this time last year he appeared on Calendar with Christa Ackroyd and Harry Gration (people with great boxing knowledge ) and he started bleating on about knocking out 15 guys in a row and how the world is against him and that he would beat Hatton - and that Cotto should be man enough to give him more than two week's notice etc etc etc.

My grandad basically grabbed the remote and said.....

'I am not listening to this plonker anymore. Someone will knock him out and shut him up'

I don't think he's a bad guy and doesn't behave like Hamed used to do. His style is a problem but I think for a top fighter his promoter keeps on getting him poor fights and that affects his performance. I heard he's going to be fighting for the European title next...why? He should demand the big names and tell Mick to sort it out! Hatton's in Vegas and Witter's at York Hall...something's wrong there.

Nothing wrong with that as far as I can see. Witter got smashed by an average fighter whereas Ricky lost to the widely recognised PFP no1.

They are different class mate which is why Ricky never wanted the gob shite to get the pay day he tried to mouth his way into.

    :good

If he doesn't go for it it'll be clear that he's ducking John Sergeant.
