    Chakhkiev is at that crucial point in his career and whether Universum will let him make that next step seems unlikely imo. They may keep him just outside the top 10 unwilling to let him move forward just like Boytsov. Rakhkim could have already stepped up to take on a legit top 10 guy ever since his Kotlobay win but he's taken a step backwards in level of opposition since then fighting guys like Codrington and Mendoza. Not sure when his contract expires but i hope he signs with either K2 (he's fighting on their undercard this weekend) or the Hryunov Russian crew, Universum will be his biggest obstacle to fulfilling his potential.
