    Doug , are you sure its open?? It closes in October for the winter.

    Yeah a few times.last year when i went up it was a lovely sunny day but I went up about 3 years ago and it was shut .....****** !!!!

    amazing when you think jackie was a central area featherweight...thats the level he was as a pro.....and when randolph fought bobo olsen and he had all that hasstle with the american woman...his only training for that world middleweight title fight with olsen was sparring with jackie...central area featherweight jackie.

    he didn't even do that much sparring with Jackie, he just wanted to get home.if he'd trained for a 15 round fight it'd have gone differently but that was how it went, sadly
