McGuigan has the best win of all 3.

I’m sort of inclined to say McGuigan. I feel he had the best peak and was the most talented all-around boxer of the trio.

I think that would depend on whether you think Eusebio Pedroza was further past his best than Kostya Tszyu when they lost to McGuigan and Hatton respectively.

Pedroza has at least been active whereas Tszyu had one three round appearance (albeit a great one) in about 30 months and was getting injured. Not to mention the ref was so bad in that fight. McGuigan performed better and the fight was a lot better.

McGuigan also had the great win over Taylor which he was at a style disadvantage and a great performance with LaPorte. Not a lot of depth or longevity though so I can see him going #3 on this list but feel he was the best overall fighter of the trio just about.

McGuigan was the best, but his prime was only a handful of fights for a couple of years.

Hatton is the best and would’ve beaten the other 2.

    Given his massive size advantage...

    Yeah, yeah he would.
