Pointless thread but here goes. If under boxing rules Mercer tears Fedor a new one. Under MMA... well i dont even want to think about that..
If Mercer got that type punch in on Fedor, Fedor aint waking up till the next morning. I remember Fedor getting rocked by Cro-COP a few years back, so I have no doubt a real puncher anf former Heavyweight champ Ray Mercer would destroy him. If it was MMA rules, Mercer would only stand a punchers chance, which is decent, but it wouldn't make him a favorite.

Fedor wins. Fedor isnt stupid enough to just stand there and let Mercer get off on his shots. He'd do exactly what Kimbo Slice did to Mercer, and choke him out. However, I do suspect Fedor to have an inability to take too many heavy shots, why? I seen Hong Man Choi hurt Fedor with punches, though Fedor beat him with an amazing arm bar later on. In a battle of punches, Mercer wins, but if Fedor shoots for his legs and takes him down, its all over.
hmmmmm Fedor wasnt hurt by HMC's punches. And that was GnP due to HMC on top. HMC never touched fedor on his feet. Do you really think Mercer would be able to have top position vs Fedor?
