Maybe they thought that the boxing commision official would do thier job, you are aware that they already had 1 hand done right in the presence of an official right?

As someone with sound ethics I would lay all the blame on the fighter/team that perpetrated the illegal action. Wouldn't you? :deal

 

No both are at fault BUT the CSAC official DID NOT DO HIS JOB, it is quite obvious that Margo and his trainer have done this before as they already had 1 hand done before Richardson even entered the room, most trainers don't think someone will actually pull a Panama Lewis but it happens, IMO Mandatory guidelines will have to be put in place to make sure these things don't happen anymore BUT Margo was Caught on Saturday, who knows how many times he enterered the ring with loaded gloves.

 

I agree, however the offending party is more at fault, IMO this is not the only incident Margo has been involved in. This going to lead to new rules with respect to how handwraps are inspected IMO.

Perhaps so, but let's not cloud the real issue. If the person responsible (and fully accountable even in a legal sense) for subversive behaviour had a shred of honour, and followed the rules in the first place, no-one would have to be uber vigilant. It is sad to think that a competitive advantage in a sport that is already so inherently dangerous would be illegally sought in a manner that could result in permanent damage or even death - and then to make matters worse fans of the sport turn the tables on the fighter/team that is playing by the rules. Sorry, that's a distortion to me. But then, you always did have an "odd" perspective on things.
