No you've definitely got the wrong end of the stick. He meant there was talk of Pac fighting for a title generally at LMW (and there has been - Pac v the winner of Cotto/Foreman or Margarito), not that there was talk of Pac/Rhodes.

I've just watched the interview you are talking about and only needed once to realise that Jamie was talking about a Pac - Margo matchup for the WBC LMW title. If you listened three times and still didn't get it then you really have problems with the English language.

 

I'm pretty sure he was talking about the fact that Margarito is ranked high at 154 by the WBC but he's on hold for a fight with Pacquiao at Welterweight. That part is pretty elementary in the end but Ryan Rhodes isn't fighting Manny Pacquiao, nor will he ever
