When the **** is the UFC or SF gonna snap him up.

14-5 with wins over Eastman, Overeem, the crazy Silva, the **** Rua, Henderson, Mezger and Horn x2! All that in 19 bouts!

i saw a recent video of him a Paulo Filho hanging out and he looked like he was 260 pounds of solid muscle, he could barely bend his arms.

i'm not one to accuse people of anything without proof but i would not be the slightest bit shocked if he was juicing.

I would love to see him in either strikeforce or the ufc.

Arona has the style to fight in the cage anyway, I think he will have succsess he wont beat shogun but probably will be at the top of the contenders lists for a while.

In strikeforce I think he could be champ, he would make a great match up for a lot of people there.

I don't know but he's been inactive for too long. He was good but he was bad with his striking. Very good with his bjj but you he needs to trained on his striking or he'll get KTFO in the ufc.

Arona has always looked like he was on roids.

I don't think you'll see him fight again. I read Dana White say they talked briefly but Arona asked for way more than his commercial value so UFC cut off the talks. He made a lot of money in Japan and by all accounts has invested well in gyms and property in Brazil so he's pretty wealthy and thats lead to a lack of motivation.

Arona worked such a narrow game is next to impossible to know how he'd do in the US today vs very different opposition.

That "stick your chin out while landing big leg kicks then take them down when they try to close the distance" game seemed to either work like a dream or get him KTFO.

I think he has the perfect style to dominate in the UFC. Arona had an excellent top game and was a world class grappler. The Octagon and the unified rules suit him perfectly. It would be one boring decision after the next. In PRIDE he couldnt get away with that.

You know what i actually agree with this. If theres a guy that can really control Silva from the top it would be Arona.

Yeah I think he would but guys with good wrestling who really push the pace standing might cause him problems.

If he's asking for too much then I'd guess SF is more likely than the UFC at this stage given the lack of depth they have at HW.
