Burns can take a punch still so i guess he can still fight a moderately decent level of competition. The problem is he can take a punch but not win a fight. Any top world title challenger would beat him up to a UD.
From videos ive seen and interviews they reckon broner cuts weight rapidly and can do 140 at a skoosh and without killing himself reckons he can still do 135 , to small at 147 tho imo
