Ringside special was this week and it was the Michael Watson story.Excellent watch and great to see the lad defy the docs by walking and trying to live as normal life as possible.A top man and a top boxer in his day.
Just highlights. But it was quite well done and 5 or 6 fights featured were all great. 2 hours of Jim Watt got a bit annoying though. I was actually looking forward to the bits between where Barry McGuigan and Glen McCrory just talked over each other.
I wish McCrory would just shut up! Still see Sky going with the 'Khan was robbed' angle, you can tell McGuigan underneath was saying 'your talking ****!'
How bad is McCrory these days what has happened to him? I am imagining it but a few years ago he was half decent boxing pundit? He is so awful these days it's as if he doesn't watch boxing anymore and just turns up and makes his analysis up, shocking makes Johnny Nelson look like a boxing historian.
Mccory was infuriating!!! I know barry gets over enthusiastic and interrupts but mccory was just rude. Barry looked so annoyed by him at times
There so many better pundits out there! Keep Barry, and give Jamie Moore more shows. Bring in someone like Steve Collins who won't bull**** and be rude.
