No disrespect to the two fellas sitting next to McGuigan but I've still no idea who they were and interviewing people like that makes the show and particularly the sport look cheap.
me neither, i couldnt work out if one of them was a journo,a boxer or just someone a bit famous in dat der norn irelan? to be fair its exactly what i imagine tv and Ireland in general to be like.?no fukka knows or cares wtf is going on
You'd think there would be some editorial control. If the show was live surely the first part was rehearsed. Someone must have realised that it was like watching paint dry and pulled the plug on it. After watching Bob Mee's historical piece which was quite interesting, I watched a 5 minute youtube clip telling the story of Dan Donnelly's arm which was far better than listening to the 2 fellas mumbling boring shite.
Just when you thought it couldn't get any worse after that long, boring historical piece with the monotone voiceover...McGuighan starts reeling off every bloody irish boxer, nay any boxer with links to Ireland, in the history of the world! Then they said "We're staying in Ireland for the rest of the episode". Do what? Not me mate! It was awful. Really, really awful. atsch
