    Didn't agree with a lot of things he said but he was character who i loved listening to and is a loss to boxing.

    I thought he was in his 80's too.

    Bert sugar has done irrepairable damage to boxing 'history' that genuine historians have to dispell over and over again.

    He was great in Poltergeist.

    Nah seriously, RIP. Probably a bit of a twat but just reeked of old school and all the romance of boxing from the fifties, sixties, and seventies. And not all his stories would've been fabricated as well.
