Reckon he moves up after this fight? Seems too big for the weight.

Misleading thread title. He made weight at the second attempt. After being 2 ounce over.

I’m glad you put this. He made it 25 mins after. 2oz for gods sake. Some ppl are just desperate to shoot fighters down as soon as they see they ain’t made weight

    Also read thread title.
Ritson has neither missed weight nor a Gallagher fighter

I doubt it. Ritson will finish hyland before 9 imo.
Hes chief support in his home town/area, hell want to put on something special.
Cant really see anyone troubling ritson till he gets to world level.
Its his defence thats somewhat concerning but at this lvl , maybe hes happy to take one to give one.

He was ridiculously hittable alright. Not a recipe for long term success, that's for sure. Hyland might not be good enough to expose him, but ritson is overrated by many IMO. In fact I'm so unimpressed with ritsons defence (or lack thereof) that I wouldn't rule Hyland out completely here.

Yeah, I’d still have Ritson as favourite, based on Hyland/Ormond, but Ritson just stands there with his gloves up, not moving. He’s lucky Cardle can’t punch I think

OK never a good sign when fighters miss weight even by a few oz ! I would still fancy Ritson to blitz Hyland by halfway mark probably due to fact I haven’t been that impressed by what I have seen of Hyland, I might be surprised.Ritson is decent at British level and may get to European? But big jump to top ten World level.
