Unfortuantely I have never seen him in his prime and I was just wondering what fight you lot would recommend to watch to see his best performance.

Watch his fights against James Toney and Vinny Pazienza. I love watching those two.

 

Those were great matches. I also quite fancied his fight with Clinton Woods, one of his last great fights.

the vinny fight was a classic ..rd 4 1st time in compubox history where a boxer didnt get hit. check out the rematch with griffin aswell

 

his fight against richard hall is very entertaining as well

The Toney fight was my favorite. Nobody beats that RJJ.

 

Jones the man. Lol his walk in to Woods was pimped out. lol

 

Yeah, I like Toney and the Richard Hall fights. Pazzienza is good too.

After you watch 1 or 2 (Toney and Hall/Pazzienza), watch a Roy greatest hits.

 

I mentioned the griffin fight as well...Its one of the few times RJJ really was pissed

 

My favorite is the David Telesco fight. You see him get pissed off, beat him down with one hand, and showboat a fair amount.

 

I actually like his Clinton Woods fight the most even though it probably wasn't in the absolute peak of his prime. He does his chicken dance, comes into the ring singing his Mr. untouchable song and stops Woods with a crazy right hook..
