Not running sounds good to me...Pac needs to look after them legs and let them recover properly...especially after them hill runs he was doing last week. And Pac always looks like **** in sparring...he messes around too much and lets himself get hit.
Ive heard nothing good out of pac camp. Roach being physically done and time to hang up the mitts, pac looking slower, sparring is ****ty.
It's all good. According to Roach, Mayweather is getting his ass kicked by random Mexican fighters in sparring. Roach also has a top secret weapon that he plucked from Mayweather's camp. Can't wait till Pac starts sparring with the secret weapon.

I thought he ran saturday. He never runs Sunday. He missed last-last Thursday because his family came into town and he wanted to savor the day with them. Roach got mad at him because apparently he wasn't mixing it up enough and just kind coasting in a sparring session, so Roach actually stepped into the ring and yelled at him. Haha, I wonder if he was embarrassed being yelled at in front of a sparring partner. I really wish I was there to see Pac's reaction. Then again maybe mind games? Wouldn't be surprising.
