"Robbed" is thrown around way too much.

    It was a "bad decision."

do people here even know what a robbery is? a robbery is a fighter who won the majority of the rounds (like Abril vs Rios or Chisora vs Helenius) and loses

Sergio-Murray was a close fight that could of gone either way, with a lot of close rounds

Robbery is to strong you could see a case for either fighter or even a draw IMO Murray won a razor thin decision.

As said before robbery is the most overused word in boxing. It was a close fight, it could of gone either way - I scored it to Murray by a round, but a robbery it was not.

I had 115-112 for Martinez, but understand how some people scored for Murray.
And in the 10th that was a clear knockdown.

But Murray gave away the last 2 rounds in the opponents hometown, and that was a dumb move.

Depends on if the second Kd was legit.

Same. I understand how people scored it closer. But note also that Murray himself said after the fight, "I knew it wasn't enough."

Check this out. There were five fights that night but when I read the thread caption that just said robbery, my mind automatically went to the Martinez fight.

It was a close fight that I felt Martinez pulled out by winning the last two rounds. Murray should have done more work in the early rounds, his strategy to wait out Martinez a bit behind the high guard a la Barker was effective but Martinez was just banking those rounds based on workrate because Murray didn't want to open up at all. Murray was able to come back in the fight during Martinez's typical middle round fade point, but then he let the fight slip away in the last two rounds.

Murray won 115-113 without the 2nd KD being scored. The result wasn't a robbery, but the judges scorecards were.
Argentinian TV scored the fight for Murray, which speaks volumes.
The only ones who say the result was correct, were the ignorant ****s who thought Martinez would embarrass Murray. The only embarrassing thing in this fight was Martinez showboating when he was being outboxed and outgunned.
Punche's landing on the arms and gloves are NOT scoring punche's.
