Did'nt see the fight, still trying to get a read on it, came to the UK forum because the general one is very divided, but the one thing that sounds common is that the fight was a stinker!
No way was this a robbery.Dirrell looked petrified for most of the fight. I said before the fight,this guy cant fight up close,he just has'nt got the physical attributes.Froch was handling him like a rag doll at times. Dirrell did'nt start to fight untill the 11th,and only then because he knew he'd blown it. The kid will be slapping himself today,because he'll feel he's let himself down. You just cant win a fight by not fighting. Dont get me wrong.I though Froch was poor and did'nt let his shots go enough but I had him 4 up after 10 with the point deduction with Dirrell wining the last 2. The ref was poor imo. A stronger ref could of warned Dirrell much earlier in the bout and forced him to engage more.
