that was a poor excuse for a fight if i'm honest. both did next to nothing until the last round. it's clear as day that Bute has been well and truly ruined by Froch. he's gun shy to hell and scared to get hit. Pascal is just too damn sloppy as well. don't know what his problem is? he throws a few goofy shots a round and leaves himself badly off balance. it's ugly, man. he has the skills to perform at the highest level, but i feel not the emotional maturity to make the best of it. i wish him luck against Adonis, but i don't expect him to do much in that fight. it's Time for Bute to walk away from boxing if he's going to do that all the time. why take the unnecessary punishment if you're not up to it any more? walk away while you have your health.

The fight was much closer than the HBO crew were saying. Bute was too hesitant, but Pascal was just standing around much of the time.
Neither Bute nor Pascal belong in the lightheavyweight division, they would both get knocked out by Kovalev, Stevenson, Shumenov and would probably lose to the weakest lightheavyweight Hopkins, Pascal already has. I don't know where they should go, probably back down to 168.
