robinson vs lamotta..today?

    what would a fight like this be worth today?

    Probably wouldn't even happen. Promoters would steer them towards different titles.

    Plus there would have been more weght classes to keep them apart.

    LaMotta would probably have found the supermiddleweight division quite well suited to him later in his career while Robinson would likley have been a middleweight or juniour middle.

    Don't you think that fighters like Robinson and LaMotta would raise the profile of boxing in the media?

    Robinson yes, Lamotta not so much

    It really depends how both are promoted Delahoya isnt close to being the best of the generation but is the biggest draw of this generation largely because of a Mexican American fan base aswell as being a media icon.
