That was a great win for Rocky. He'd been catching some heat for being a guy who kept getting big fights despite losing; this gives him some stature and a shot at another good payday.

Appears this fight was headed toward a hometown decision. Thankfully, Juarez spared boxing that with his fists.:yep

Barrios could've won that fight but just blew it with the low blows and ended up getting stopped in the closing seconds of the 11th round, he should've clinched more and he could've won.
The fight has Rematch written all over it.

Diaz is dominating. Much tighter punches and far more accurate. Katsidis just throws too wide, trying to land big haymakers and hooks. Diaz is out punching him, better boxing fundamentals

I had Rocky up ahead by 4 at the end of the fight as well. I don't give rounds just for punching. Rocky landed the more solid punches and had excellent defense.

He's a lackluster fighter, that's why. He's got good power, and is quite skilled, but he lacks the desire. He fights without any fire.

Be that as it may, I agree with you. He was fortunate that Barrios was trying to knock him out, when he got stopped. Although, if you can recall Bob Pappa reading the judges cards, Barrios was gonna get robbed either way. Crappy home town judges ...
