A guy I train with who is a marine only does cv, boxing , no weights. But his arms are huge. He's also 5ft4 and has been musclular since being a child through gymnastics. He's been accused of being on gear for a long time Not saying this kid isn't on peds only he knows thAt. But put him next to a normal sized chap and he ll look like a dwarf. He's short for a women let alone man.
CV work no weights just boxing? And he has massive arms.. He must do a hell of a lot if something else and he must switch hands.. I seriousness think before you make up a story.. What your saying he is doing would make is arms very muscular but would not get big.
