A man who trains to the max. He has inspired me to train harder and I have just bought one of the books on training he has written. If you have not already heard of him then check him out!

Dude is a beast, and I've watched plenty of his videos to motivate me before working out. Major respect for that dude.

What book did you get? I have Infinite Intensity and would recomend it to anyone interested in fighting or fitness. Do you post on his message board?

I wonder why he doesn't work as conditioning coach for more high profile boxers. He seems to have very good knowledge and practices what he preaches.

He trains fighters so they're all full of "functional" stuff.

Infinite Intensity- uses dumbells, sandbags, bodyweight etc.

Never Gymless- uses mostly bodyweight stuff (less equipment hence the name)

Full Throttle Conditioning- strictly for Conditioning

I have II and love it.

    Look here for more info:

all his books are about fight conditioning

i'd suggest buying infinite intensity, its a GREAT book

never gymless uses the same principals but its for people with less/no equipment.

he trains local pros, he's training matt godfrey at the moment

he got an offer from shannon briggs to train him but for some reason enamait refused.
