What do they do for you?

How would you look if you purely worked on one of these?

Like, if you purely used used a rowing machine as training, what would it do to your body? Does it cut you up, bulk you, slim you down??

Not that you would just use that, but what does it do for the appearance of the body?

 

The appearance of your body is 90% or more down to diet. Eating more will bulk you up, eating less will slim you down.

In all seriousness, if you made it intense, you would lose fat.
Less intense, would lose fat but also some muscle.
That's it in a nutshell.
This is if you are eating the same amount of calories before and after.
