    Anyone ever heard anything about when roy jones jr was in his prime, about sparing? Anyone ever said how hard it was to hit him in sparing or anything like that?

    And Jones was just a young middleweight at the time

    Well he did try to spare Vinny Pazienza and Bryant Brannon but the refs just wouldn't stop the fights.

    I heard he spared quite frequently, more amazingly he got several strikes and even a turkey or two.
