    Damn db2431 just CRUSHED you.

As for this arguement Roy was on the juice. He failed the tests in the Hall bout.Problem was THEY BOTH failed.Hydrocut? That is too FUNNY.
You'll more then likely see as time goes on that Roy was on the juice because it really is bad for your body.

Does anyone think they could do this workout, 6 days a week for just one week? I'd die trying, literally

The only weights he used were light ones for high reps (only for his legs) directly after his morning roadwork. His pad-work and sparring varied. The above though was like you said, a daily routine. I think the ab-work is insane.

Try telling that to the hundreds of thousands that have used steroids as far back as the 50's and most commonly 60's in sports...they are here and doing lots better than their same age counterparts.

Now if you were talking about pain medications, anti anxiety drugs, sleep aids, muscle relaxers approved by the fda but killing thousands every year, including recently heath ledger, THEN you would have an argument...but not on the male hormone steroid thing...no evidence except really high quality productive lives..... Please don't bring up pro wrestlers from the 90's dying...they ALL usded excessive pain killer drugs and other drugs I listed and do you realize the wrestlers that died basically came from the 90's era when pain meds and the others were created. The guys from the 70's 80's..(snuka, rocky johnson, putski, muraco, sd jones, anderson, flair, and on and on are still alive and well...and they abused other drugs but NOT The Pain meds and anxiety drugs the guys from the 90's have.

Do you truely realize just how common steroids and male hormone use has been since the 60's..... The media is very ignorant to beleive that 2000 is the steroid era...the real steroid era, when you couldn't find one athlete wityhout it was the 70's and 80's in most sports... Even John Macenro was using, as he described many times.

Seriously, educate yourself on the subject instead of beleiving what you here on tv.

I agree with Stallone when he said yesterday that steroids and gh will be over the counter real soon.

Kenny - I disagree with your statement about HGH and steriods will be over the counter real soon. As you know these topics are very controversial. If the government ever approves this stuff it will be uneconomical to make because of the insurance liability.

“HGH (human growth hormone) is nothing. Anyone who calls it a steroid is grossly misinformed. Testosterone to me is so important for a sense of well-being when you get older. Everyone over 40 years old would be wise to investigate it because it increases the quality of your life. Mark my words. In 10 years it will be over the counter.”

    - Sylvester Stallone tells the new issue of Time

sure I could do it, except that basketball stuff at the end, but it sure wouldn't look like Roy doing it. Running that much every day would get to me eventually, I'd probably weigh 115 lbs instead of near 130 from that much running, and I think my neck, shoulders, and chest muscles would melt away, too.

Bull****. I know dozens of guys who took steroids and maintained muscle mass long after lifting and taking the roids. After not workout out they lost a lot of definition but were still 20-40lbs bigger than they were naturally.

On top of that muscle is muscle. Steroid muscle is not different that natural muscle athough it may take more to maintain it.

Anyone that says steriods don't mess up your body in the long run is an idiot. It has been proven what that the side effects of roids are very harmful.
