Jones would probably of got knocked out by Pavlik at this stage in his career, but then again the Pavlik that fought Hopkins a couple weeks ago didnt look to be himself, so Jones may have been able to get him out of there if he had him hurt, something a less poweful puncher in Hopkins was able to do a few times in their fight.

I hope Jones beats Calzaghe, but I doubt it will happen. Jones just dont have the "Superman" like reflexes and quickness, which I feel he would need to beat a younger, more closer to his prime, Joe Calzaghe.

With what a double Jab ?? If he couldn't deal with Hopkins side to side movement Jones is a nightmare for him !Even at this stage !

So true! Everybody has something to say after the fact, but Calzaghe and William's both ran like little girls when they had the chance to fight KP. If Roy ever offered Kelly a fight, there certainly isn't any record of it. It's trash talk as bad as Joe claiming he offered Kelly a fight when his best win was Zuniga, and he was recovering from hand surgery!

:rofl Nope, RJJ even at this stage would be too much for slow ass Pav, who BTW would be moving up 2 weight classes against a faster far more skilled fighter, sorry RJJ still wins.

I can see it happening IF Roy stayed on the ropes, like he does in every fight now.

I believe that Roy is simpy trying to increase his share for the fight with Hopkins. He already said that:

    1) He doesn't want to fight Hopkins
    2) Hopkins is nobody to him because he won him in 93
    3) He is not impressed with Hopkins UD Pavlik

If he wins Joe there is no way Roy Jones is getting nothing less than 60%
