I'd pick Hopkins! His last outing against an undefeated world champion in there prime was more impressive than what Jones did to Lacy.

Jones doesn't have his reflexes nor speed. The speed is good, don't get me wrong but nothing similar to what he was before. Jones' stamina isn't the same either nor his activity or movement.

Didn't the majority say the same after he beat Trinidad?, Jones has been on the decline since 2003.

    Got his legs?!!

Jones fought on the inside against Lacy. Did you even watch the fight?Hopkins is the superior inside fighter.

Jones still has "handspeed", which makes him look good against fighters who are standing in front of you. He lays on the ropes, plays defense and then unleashes fast-as-hell combos. This made him APPEAR to be back to his old self against a fighter like Lacy. Lacy came forward, threw his punches and then stood still. Why didn't Jones have the same success against Calzaghe??? Because 1. Calzaghe didn't get too close to smother his own punches...2. Calzaghe never stopped throwing punches...3. When Calzaghe wasn't punching, he was out of range for Jones to hit him.

#3 is the part that exploited Jones's biggest problem, his lack of legs! Jones doesn't have the strength or stamina in his legs to move, stay out of range and then close the distance when he wants to land his shots. His handspeed is useless without his footwork to get him within range. He needs fighters to GIVE HIM openings and opportunities, because he can't create them himself anymore.

Bernard Hopkins is WAY TO SMART AND CRAFTY of a fighter to let a fighter with such a big weakness beat him.

Jones could have fought on the inside, middle of the ring or whatever he wanted. When you have an opponent who's no threat you can do whatever the **** you want in there prime or not.

There were similar threads like this, if not worse, when Jones beat Trinidad.
