God damn running shifts the weight when done regular,

I have lost 13kg in 3 months of marathon training , I was not even overweight at all before hand, a lot of muscle gone too but thats natural I suppose , this is a once off , cant wait till its over !

Yeah whenever I up the miles the weight comes off very easily. I am only running 3 times a week at the moment but I need 3000 cals a day just to maintain body weight.

Yeah running is useful exercise but people who have some kind of problem with running can also swim as it is also useful to burn body fats naturally..
    Thanks

If you're not over weight why are you losing more than 30 pounds? Just wondering.

Is swimming effective? i read that swimming works well if your technique is good, but i did read that it can be just as good if not better than running because of it being a lower impact workout.
