I was just wondering if someone can give me some advise.
Before i go for a morning run should i have breakfast before hand or when i come back, or should i just have an apple or something before i go and then breakfast.

    Cheers.

It doesn't matter when you run, you should always eat something first. Isn't the point of running to improve your aerobic capacity? If so, why would'nt you eat food for energy?

I generally eat something light and then have a larger breakfast when I get back from the run.

Eat a banana before your run and then your actual breakfast when you get back.
