Today midway through my morning run i started feeling very dizzy and light headed, it only lasted about 15 seconds but it scared the **** out of me, mind you i'm a major hypochondriac and every little thing health related or something like that becomes a huge thing to me. a couple of questions to you guys that run: Did this ever happened to you? could this be a heart related problem? should i keep doing my runs? thanks for the help guys.

Might have been a mixture of stress & overexertion, or a sudden drop in BP. Did you have caffeine in the morning? Are you getting enough sleep? Is your nutrition good?

It could be anything, but I don't think it was heart related.

If you experienced heaviness in the chest/dull aches or odd sensation in your left arm/neck or chest,- that would have been alarming.

If you're really concerned, go to the doctor and have him run a stress test & ECG

There's a list of things that could have caused this, but I think most likely you're going to die.

With the lack of a response.... I think he might have already died

  7. Very likely heart related. Your running career is over.

  8. It would be reassuring to get a sign of life.

Most likely just need more water and not OVER do it. I run in 3 Marathons a year and I've experience it plenty of times don't worry to much
